Last weekend we went on a wonderful camping trip. YES it was cold, YES it rained, YES it snowed. but we still had the best time ever. We took our new tent trailer out for the first time and it has proven to be a great buy. We went to South Willow for the weekend and our friends Sam and Bryce brought out their trailer and joined in the fun. Our Friends Neil and Sarah let us use their four wheeler, which was super fun. Here are some fun random pictures from the trip Enjoy!!!!

At It Again
With as many posts as we have made on remodeling our house you would think that we would be done by now. Although I would be elated if we were done we still have about 4 (maybe 5) areas of our home that still need to remodel.
Our current project is the back yard. This remodel is one I have been excited to get started ever since we finished the kitchen (which was the most important remodel in my eyes).
Our main focus is rebuilding the covered patio, putting in a small pond, improve the landscaping and re-vamping the brick BBQ/Fire-pit. Since the back yard is still a work in progress I only have before and tear down pictures to share.
Before I share these picture with you all I would like to give special thanks to my Brother In Law Craig for his 8 o'clock wake up call, his wonderful weather watching and last but not least his help in tearing down the old patio cover!!!

Fireproof!!!!
Last night Eddie and I watched the movie Fireproof it came highly recommended to us by my awesome sister-in-law Ashli. This movie was amazing to say the least. If you are married you need to see this movie regardless of what stage or situation you are in your marriage you need to see this movie.
Eddie and I have a very good marriage we have not seen a lot of hard times these past 2 years(almost three years) we have been together. Don't get me wrong we have had our far share of difficult issues, but I would not say we have had that"hit rock bottom" issue that seems to be impossible to get out of. But I do realize that all marriage will have what seems like impossible to fix issues come up. Eddie and I are very proactive in the fact that we want to be as prepared as possible to deal with these issues, when they do come up. We read relationships books together and try everyday to do what the books tell us to do. But every once in a while it is good to have a reminder that you need to do more than just try, you need to work hard on your relationship with your spouse and god everyday.
This movie really gave me a new veiw on faith, marriage and love, it has the same message a lot of the books we have been reading........ but it really put into prospective for me.
I am going to say it again EVERYONE NEEDS TO SEE THIS MOVIE!!!!! IT IS RELATIONSHIP CHANGING. And I don't want to hear our relationship is fine we don't need it. There is nothing wrong with always reaching for better when it comes to you marriage no matter how good it is.
Without giving to much away I have to say when the father was talking to his son by the cross and the son finally got what love was all about, love for god how god loves us and love for his wife I was in tears. Really really good tears.
If you are interested in learning more check out the website you can subscribe to update and read articles (I did) http://www.fireproofmymarriage.com/
Oh and on a side note Aubrey and her husband watched the movie last night also. She loved it. You should check out her blog to see what she had to say.
